The scary movie

Danielle en Victoria praten over welke film ze zullen kijken.

Danielle and Victoria are discussing about which movie to watch.

Danielle: "Ik wil echt die horrorfilm over die twee spokenjagers zien."

Danielle: I really want to see that horror film about those two ghost hunters.

Victoria: "Maar het is elf uur 's morgens! Het is niet griezelig op die tijd!"

Victoria: But it's 11am! It won't be scary at that time!

Danielle: "Maar er is verder niets goeds."

Danielle: But there's nothing else good on.

Victoria: "De nieuwe romance over die twee studenten die gescheiden zijn door de oorlog?"

Victoria: The new romance about those two students separated by wartime?

Danielle: "Oh, echt? Dat klinkt zo saai."

Danielle: Oh, seriously? That sounds so boring.

Victoria: "Het heeft redelijke recensies."

Victoria: It got decent reviews.

Danielle: "De horrorfilm heeft betere recensies."

Danielle: The horror film got better reviews.

Victoria: "En het is donker in de bioscoop."

Victoria: Then again it's dark in the cinema.

Danielle: "Precies. Laten we doen alsof het elf uur 's avonds is. Kom, we gaan."

Danielle: Exactly. Just pretend it's 11pm. Let's go.
